if the prompt had just been "goblin mode" i would have made something more sneaky but the added lore in the prompt made me go for a more rpg battle type sound. i disregarded the "carefully" part on purpose. eggbug has got a bag to get, there's no time for being careful!!
my utmost apologies if this sounds like it was made and mixed in the back of a moving car. that would be because this was made and mixed in the back of a moving car. i don't feel like the sound design on this one is really up to scratch for that reason, i was kind of struggling to do... anything lol but this was likely the only chance i had today to compost. it took me the whole 2 hours :,)
it was still fun though. i had that bassline in my head all morning and it took an hour to even get the song in a state where i could hear the payoff
