hello cohost. i baked cookies today. taken after 3 were eaten to ensure quality
these were made with unsweetened baker's chocolate that I chopped into chunks before adding to the dough. they're not really all that sweet but they are still quite good
also i used self-rising flour because we were out of all-purpose flour (that i could find, we might have some stored elsewhere). which caused them to puff up in the oven and then deflate once removed from the oven
