I'm in my 20s and I like video gaming & messing with computers. I rebug porm
suddenly glad I prefer oat milk
(guaranteed this also affects the US but hasn't been formally reported yet because we are a failed hellstate)
I just checked the silk almond milk in my fridge and it at least has a different UPC than the one listed for the Canadian recall
Also worth noting this recall includes oat milk from the Silk brand
thanks for the heads up! i avoid silk because it tastes like cardboard but ill be careful at coffee places
What I like to see after having a glass x__x
Could be worse, I guess; could have gone to restock today...
I think Silk is one of those companies that purchase their oats, soy, etc from Canada only to process them in the US. So I wouldn't be surprised if their US products has the same problems considering they're likely all manufactured in the same place.
Maybe I'm interpreting the articles I could find about their manufacturing wrong, but I think those of us in the US should be careful too.
EDIT: I'M WRONG AND CANNOT READ. LOCALIZED TO A SPECIFIC MANUFACTURER IN ONTARIO.
The article mentions this was because of an issue on a production line in Ontario.
Oh I did not get to that part of the article on mobile this morning! Clearly says that at the end. I'm a fool, thank you.
No worries! Just figured it's worth clarifying for people in the US who might be worried
Playing a fun game of “do I preemptively ask my doctor for an antibiotics prescription or do i wait for symptoms to present and then try to wrangle an appointment out of them”
I was literally considering trying Silk tomorrow I am so thankful you shared this.
