sometimes i feel like the only person on the internet who doesn't like earthbound
the vibes are immaculate and the music is neat but i haven't ever gone beyond the beginning of the second area every time i've tried to play it cause i just can't with the gameplay
i think the only JRPGs i've ever actually finished are pokemon red and pokemon crystal. i've gotten to the 3rd disc of FF9 but never past that, and didn't get very far in FFX. turn-based games just tend to not click with me. the only CRPGs i've finished are torment numanuma (in which i think i only fought things twice) and those newer shadowrun games (the fights were quick). i tried to get into fallout 1 & 2 but never got very far. i think it's cause i mostly grew up playing action games
