a while back i learned via SoraNews24 that, if you want leftover rice to stay nice, you should put it in the freezer rather than the fridge. i figured it'd work cause, y'know, japan eats a lot of rice so presumably they know the secrets of making rice good. but i didn't expect it to work nearly as well as it does. it's like i'm eating a bowl of fresh rice lmao
