Thoughts on eggbux
I'm skeptical. I'd love an alternative to patreon that doesn't have the baggage of subscribe star, but... well, as someone else is so keen to point out, this site has two programmers.
I'm not too1 worried about my financial info etc since it would just be stripe handling all that, but well... look how long dark mode took, and it's not even done well. I just don't see it launching without massive bugs (of the non-egg variety). Cohost is a cool site but I worry the folks running it don't have the most solid vision of what it should be
