Very curious how this long ass windshield wiper will survive in heavy snow/ice
Am reminded of the "tesla trunk snow" phenomenon

well you see, it's longer, so it has more leverage to push the snow. i'm pretty sure that's how it works
oh my god i didn't notice it's not a monowiper, it's just one. Monowipers aren't prohibitively expensive or particularly complicated, people retrofit them on Honda Civics.
optimized for the most rugged and demanding of extreme environments: so cal freeway interchanges
i think the price is fine because that's basically just how much a truck costs today. like any other truck you look at is going to be priced about the same. what gets me about the cybertruck is: everything else about the cybertruck
yeah the main issue for me with the price is you can pay that for a brand new truck that's going to be way better. the cyber truck is overpriced for what it is
Yeah, like, I'm not a truck expert but even just the raised sides of the bed are going to make it harder to use for truck stuff than any other pickup. My possibly crazy take is that this thing should have been a 3 row SUV instead. Like if they were gonna make some insanely huge thing, don't pretend it's a utility vehicle
What I can't wait for: Very heavy vehicle + ice = dummy long stopping distance.
