🤔 I had best results when searching for "bloomer shorts" or "upper-thigh bloomer shorts", which had clothes that would match this look of tight cuffs, high on the thigh, but still bloused. "High-wasted bloomer shorts" produced more results like your picture. "Pantaloons" might get similar results or might get ankle-length pants.
