one day i gotta go through my music library and replace all the VBR MP3s i slurped off of youtube and replace them with nice crisp 320kbps ones
it kinda sucks though. since even 320kbps MP3s aren't always good. i'm no audiophile buying $50,000 nautilus shell-shaped speakers or nothin' but it sucks when i download a song and i'm like "wow they butchered this"
i mean, it's mostly my fault for usually downloading "greatest hits"/remastered versions but oh well.
I recommend downloading flac and converting to ogg for ideal quality:file-size ratio
