only that it's an doujin PC88 ADV about rescuing a princess from an arranged marriage... I've seen the dev circle's name on other STG but never played any of em, sorry!
the game's called NEED, and a quick search tells me it's in one of the big circulated PC88 image sets
(I went looking for a standalone DL and got hit with this)
