Buzzfeed followed up on some recent buzzing tweets made by Return to Shironagasu creator Hyogo Onimushi about the increasing spread of shitpost-y "this game ruined my marriage 0/10"-type reviews by people looking for cheap clout, and how such reviews are becoming more common for smaller games whose success or failure can potentially be determined, both directly but also indirectly via discoverability algorithms and so on, by a small pool of reviews.

The article doesn't offer any concrete examples of smaller games or developers being materially disadvantaged by such reviews, and Hyogo's mostly just expressing broad concern rather than speaking to any personal experience. but I wonder... full-time indie devs, where do these pandering shitpost-type reviews rate on your list of active worries, and have you felt particularly aggrieved to see these reviews for your own games?
