quick Q regarding Steam keys for anyone with a game on multiple stores... say I want to sell a game as PWYW outside of Steam: can I include a Steam code if it's locked behind a minimum price that matches the Steam price, or is Valve gonna be pissy either way?

valve have exactly nothing to say specifically about PWYW but until you're distributing a steam key, pricing is up to you -- unless you're wolfire, allegedly
cataclysm dark days ahead is sold on steam legitimately as essentially a donation for a FOSS game you could just get off github / a package manager
The specific rule they have in place is don't give Steam customers a worse deal than Steam Key purchasers, so that should be fine.
