I'm trying to find Japanese fan information on a nearly ungooglable doujin game. (Platine dispositif C87 STG), and I'm less literate in Japanese than I'd like. Do you have any tips on finding fan-wikis on the Japanese web?

If you'd have asked me as recently as ~18mo ago, maybe, but as of right now, none of my top-level tricks really work anymore. Nowadays, I find that the most reliable (but not at all the most efficient) way of finding online communities/discussions is to trawl through mixi, twt search, livedoor etc in search of extant/archived links.
I can say that the last time I looked into that specific game (5~6yrs ago), I don't think I found much beyond other people asking if anyone was trying to decipher it...
