More data is still needed on the stratigraphy of posts during the palaeocharaxic eon. The cause of the lack of data is that I personally wasn't around at the time.
I had generally been thinking of these as distinct vibe shifts, but today there has been a return to Bruno's original form: there's been a new css crime unveiled, and it has all the warning signs of another immenent css extinction event. The css variable era is upon us
honestly the more it comes together the less it even seems like a real discourse and more like we're being raided by another website trying to astroturf discourse
I don't disagree, and yet for a few days the vibe felt like it had a definitive shift and I wanted to capture that in as best a way as I could think of
It was discussing the moderation policy. If you go back far enough in the patch notes and specifically if you want to Engage™, I'm sure you could find where the locked comments lie, but I don't think it's worth much more than a historical footnote, tbh
