Here are some words that I don't mind as verbs but that grate on me as nouns and I do not know why

Here are some words that I don't mind as verbs but that grate on me as nouns and I do not know why
anyone who uses these as nouns needs either a stiff drink or a beating
The first one of these was one that felt off but not necessarily bad, when I first heard it watching Chris Remo's excellent crossword solving YouTube videos. I chalk it up to either a common thing in that community that I just don't have familiarity with, or maybe some like "living outside of the US" thing.
The rest of these have pretty much only been used in my presence during work stuff, and I think maybe business vernacular is the part I'm bouncing hardest off of, if it has to be one thing
Oh wait, except wins which are tied between "let's have some big wins" as a business phrase that I hate and "this player needs all wins from here on out to win the match" which is mostly fine
I've heard all of these mainly as shitty work jargon at my computer touching job and they make me turn physically into an angry possum. I guess "wins" in that context is okay though yeah.
