I just ate a great sandwich for lunch
I know some folks don't like New American Thanksgiving food, so I'll put the rest below the break
Rustic sour batard bread, cut to 1/4inch slices
A slice of sharp cheddar cheese
A tablespoon of stuffing spread over the cheese
A teaspoon of cranberry sauce with port and dried figs
The other piece of bread
Small, torn pieces of turkey breast
A tablespoon of mashed potatoes spread over the turkey pieces
With each half open, stick into the toaster oven at 350F for 7 minutes. Everything should be warm and the cheese should melt. Once out, optionally, add a teaspoon of leftover gravy. Combine the two open-faced sandwich halves and eat.
