i think the absolute worst time for my brain to be drafting the business plan and/or “pitch”, i guess, for the sandwich shop i want to open sometime in the next 3-7 years, assuming i fully burn out from the tech industry by then, is right as i’m logging off and settling in for sleep

This is such a mood. I love that my brain waits until there's no free time left nor place to write anything down helpfully to decide to go off planning/brainstorming something I won't be able to remember tomorrow morning when I'm tired from being up late thinking about it

i genuinely want to have, like. if you’re a regular and you’ve got a sandwich you order a lot and you like it, it goes “up” on the menu and you can call it whatever you want

up in air quotes because i don’t think that there’s enough wall space for that in a euclidean delicatessen but like it becomes something someone can hear you order. and then they get curious

(some of this is inspired by the tea latte menu for burial grounds down in olympia which is just staggeringly long)
