If you're an artist and you're smashing retweet on single-page infographics or 45-second TikToks that claim to offer easy-to-follow advice that "everyone should do" to "cure back/neck/wrist pain" I want you to understand a few things:
- I am so much physically stronger than you are
- I have never forgotten a slight or grudge in my entire life
- I will not tire
- I will not stop
- There is nothing you can do to change what is going to happen (except maybe stop sharing spurious health advice without doing your own research or speaking to a healthcare professional (like me))
For work this week, we were told to go do a solo project that seemed interesting to us, so I decided to do the silliest option I could think of: Porting Homestuck to Apple HyperCard.
I only have a few pages working as of now, but I have a multi-stack setup working and dynamically populating with chat logs and narration text! It should run on any Macintosh with a 640x480 screen whenever I release it, and I probably won't release until I've finished a good chunk of Act 1 or until I hit a roadblock. :P
