if Nikol came out, Shulk would be supportive eventually but you would definitely need to convince him that Gender Dysphoria is a Very Serious Important Medical Diagnosis first.
meanwhile Rex is like "I used to know a guy who was just straight up a bird. People can be kind of whatever, y'know, it don't matter"
