hi folks! i am sharing a thing i learned recently that i hope may improve the lives of people seeing both my and your posts!
in a recent discussion amongst XOXO attendees, someone reminded people to please use natural language for links, as listening to an entire https copy paste is miserable:

Dear friends, please consider using natural language for your links instead of naked urls. Screenreader experience on naked urls is often bad.

i had never heard of this before! here's two useful links, one explaining the importance of link text and one giving examples of what language to avoid when linking. i will try to remember this and do it moving forward!
