It's been another hectic week in terms of other stuff.
My main progress on Saturn Side has been working my way through WanChai Connection and gathering footage. It's a bit of a pain to get through since it's a Japanese adventure game, but it's simple enough to brute-force my way through along with a bit of basic Japanese knowledge.
I don't expect to try to make my way through every language-heavy Japanese game, since that would be madness given the scale of the overall project, but I do definitely want to at least give special attention to games from around a system's launch. I'll definitely put more effort into trying to make progress in Japanese-heavy games that are obviously high-quality or special in some way as well, but WanChai Connection being decidedly mediocre is making it a bit of a slog.
After WanChai Connection is done, I still need to get some more Virtua Fighter footage and some b-roll of other games. But Saturn Side 1 footage is almost done.
