Another week of really good video progress. I can't quite put a date on when I think Saturn Side 1 will be out, but I'm hoping in the next few weeks. Once I record some more voiceover, I'll have all the raw material I need. There's already ~15 minutes of completed footage, and that's going to increase rapidly once I start working through assembling and editing the remaining segments.
I also spent a good chunk of yesterday fixing the bots specifically for Twitter. Some of the v1.1 API endpoints were cut off without notice, and I had to swap Twitter libraries. (FYI, Tweepy seems to be the only Python one that's still being actively maintained.) That was annoying, but I cleaned up a few other messy bits while I was in there.
I also started ramping up my job hunt over this past week. I was thinking about writing about that more (and my general feels on job hunting as a senior engineer in 2023's tech hellscape), but I don't have the mental capacity today to get my many thoughts about that together. Maybe in the near future.
