I'm just grinding along on the job hunt right now. This past week was pretty dead, but I've got two interview lined up this week. One I have close to zero interest in, so it's purely for interview practice. The other is actually pretty cool, but it's just a brief HR screen. For those keeping score at home, the Internet Archive job is still very much a possibility, maybe the most likely possibility. But there's something going on there that's delaying it, so now I've been waiting almost all September to hear back. I've also got another place I interviewed with a while back that was very early on in the process that's local to Portland and hires a lot of SWEs, so that could be a safety fallback option. I would also guess one or two places I've applied to in the past couple weeks will result in interviews because a few were really good fits.
I've got a lot of other ideas brewing for stuff to do/make, but I haven't sleeping great + I'm broke as shit. So mostly this weekend I'm just sleeping and playing F-Zero 99.
