actually in the west DSM IV and VI were released as DSM II and III respectively

It's a shame they decided to release DSM: Mystic Quest because they thought we weren't smart enough to understand DSM V

DSM IV TR was my favourite. Although people tend to use ICD 10 in the NHS here anyway
