I've been using Amazon more lately to buy things like girl clothes and makeup and such, and it is really frustrating how ordering from Amazon in 2023 is basically a gacha pull. Sometimes packages just go missing. Sometimes you order the exact same product and receive two different things. Sometimes you get a five star pull and receive a bonus package.
