Huh, I actually had no idea this was from one of his albums. I only knew this from the To-Y soundtrack.
Yeah this OVA is great. It finally got a BD release lately after being trapped in license hell for ~40 years, really worth a watch IMO.
I have no idea if this song is original to the OVA or to that album, but I've always associated it with the show either way.
