I've been crawling along with progress in fits and starts over the past few weeks, which has been a bit frustrating. But with so many bits in a half-finished or an almost-finished state, it's been difficult to pull it all together. So I decided to break out some project management to whip the PlayStation Experiment and my other projects into shape for 2023.
That's right folks, I'm going full JIRA on this shit.
Laying everything out in a real project management tool is helping me to organize my ideas and track what needs to be done, so whenever I have the bandwidth to work on any of my current projects I can just pick something based on what fits the intersection of what's important/actionable and what I have the time/energy to do. There are a bunch of things I wanted to do that languished this year, so I'm gonna try to hit next year extra hard with renewed energy.
