I had this as a kid for Amiga, and I managed to finish it multiple times despite needing to swap disks hundreds of times.
Probably my first introduction to the idea that solving problems with programming could be a game, plus a really delightful frame story and some extremely underrated pixel art backgrounds from the era when Sierra was killing it.
