I love finding comments like these in code. My favourite will forever be a comment in the Tiberian Sun/Red Alert 2 code which handles a 'wobble' effect on hovering entities, which very emphatically states that you must have wobbles - because an unresolved bug meant that setting it to 0 would cause a divide-by-zero crash.

I can't find the exact comment/wording via google, unfortunately.
