I have Bluetooth headphones that I use to listen to podcasts. They have a little button you press to start the last thing you were listening to so you don't have to dig out your phone.
Unfortunately, once every like 500 times I press that button, it for some reason decides to redial the last phone call I made??? Since I'm a normal person that is usually like a month before and I look like an idiot calling some random number.
It's not frequent enough to make me never use the very useful button, but it happens enough to ruin my day every couple of months.
I know this is probably a dumb bug but I like to imagine it's the work of an unspeakably evil engineer somewhere
