Make sure to practice proper laser safety and wear the appropriate goggles for the wavelength of the laser you're using :3
I'm married to a laser physicist, we definitely make sure to have laser access in all possible forms.
(Fun not shitpost fact: we do not own a dining table, because the laser cutter in our living room takes up too much space.)
