the Companion Cube is only about 1 meter wide but its very iconic; could make a giant scale model of it.
by the same logic i'd say default blender cube, giant white and black d6, minecraft grass block.
as for cubes that are giant to begin with... houses I guess? treehouses, sheds, maybe an elephant cage?
