this one has a great part where the beat comes back on when shiori draws the sword out. i'm also biased because im like juri x shiori pilled. altho i have to say lofi hiphop is fine and all but it doesn't pack enough of a punch of amvs imo.
this one is a nanami focused one so its instantly good as hell and to add to that it uses a black dresses song!
look i like mitski a lot and this is a good song (which is a bar that not a lot of amvs seem to pass). focuses on anthy's relationship with utena and how the abuse they're suffering is also holding them at a distance from each other. it works with the song!
this bjork song pairs really well with the best part of adolescence of utena which is the part where the buildings all move around like they're sets on a stage. also its like 12 years old and has a max resolution of 360p so its basically perfect.
