old but gold, i think. love da donut. the full no-swapping no-parts removing Real Deal Transformation only really loses you the waist swivel in compromise (and mmmaybe some extra knee bend, if you're really feeling judgemental) but to me what you gain is possibly the single greatest ab crunch to ever do it. i'm sure there could have been some way to get the waist to rotate but i honestly don't mind. and if you don't mind the limitation of classic ball-joint no-thigh-swivel hips, the ol donut has a lot to love.
