seeing all this "damn gen alpha words make no sense!!! xD" stuff doesnt amuse me that much i think? just kinda makes me feel old. like i dunno folks everyone's generation's got their own silly nonsensical-to-outsiders phrasing and japery that you understand if youre there in that corner of culture and media. we've circled right back around to reinventing 'kids these days'
i doubt i'll ever truly understand what a skibidi or a gyatt or a fanum tax or whatever - not my scene - but that's fine. i was there once, even if the words and the phrases and the memes were different. i was kids saying the words only peers could understand, too. maybe i still am. maybe we all still are. let them have theirs
