just a little bite sized game boy roguelike. loving it. i think this and the lucasarts desktop adventures occupy similar spaces (fun little solitaire-game-length adventure game diversion) and i think there shouls be even more games in this vein. they need to make more video games containing a whole adventure the size of "i have a little downtime but want something a little meatier than a minute-long-levels mobile game"

yeah that sort of length. a 'play through a run or two for 15-45 minutes' kinda game. more room to breathe than the tight couple minutes of some other games
if you have a dsi or 3ds laying around that you can install custom firmware onto, the twilightmenu++ launcher includes a game boy (color) emulator in it. if you have a smart phone... well, there are many a game'd boy emulator for that (though you won't be getting the same crisp small one-pixel-per-pixel look obviously). you got options
you may even have a specific 3ds-native game boy emulator... you could begin caving the noire at any time...
I need to check Cave Noire out. I read up on it after that System Erasure interview and was like "this sounds like it was Made For Me"
do it. it just might be. get yourself a rom and the translation patch and get off to the races
