what's up, gull and such here, recent "wait there's more than one of us" realizers. whoops!

still giant robot fans, still pmd: explorers enthusiasts. imagine we are wearing a big button that says "ask us about Void Stranger". you should play all the games we like right now. the media backlog continues to grow ever further, and finally fucking continuing Initial D slips further and further out of reach.....

With this, I now own a version of the Gundam Mark II in every major Grade. Yippee

I really do feel that the Mark II is the true archetypical Gundam, the codifier of all the really important Gundam Design Tropes. It's such a classic. Much in the same way, I feel that the MG 2.0, old as it now is, feels much the same - a standard for kits to build upon and mess with, with plenty of elements that are common to Master Grade as a line, with a few classic distinctions. Really I just appreciate the man even if I am missing the Perfect Grade's layers of detail and moving hatches and all that...

Fittingly the MG Mk-II 2.0 is the first MG 2.0. I've heard lots of praise for the 2.0 Gundam and Zaku II, so now I'm curious how much of their innovations originated in the Mk-II 2.0.
