Gull was techically the one that felt 'most present', but was absolutely not fully paying attention. It was a watching just for us special special girls
Gull's just too strong a hater anyway, F91 goes pretty hard even in compilation movie sickness-ridden form. Better than okay, it's good

F91 has a lot of pacing due to the whole "Anime Condensed Into A Movie" syndrome thing (Tomino seems to run into that a lot), I still think it has some neat parts. I love the F91 as a Gundam just in a general "Shaped Like It Can Kick My Ass" sort of way on top of it's central gimmick (to the point I'm actually using it's "Afterimages With Mass" shtick for one of my Tabletop characters) and Eternal Wind just being a banger song in general.
Also Iron Mask. An unintentionally hilarious character who does exactly one (1) Badass Thing that almost makes up for how weird he is the rest of the time.
It's Gull's least favorite entry from the sheer gulf of disappointment between the hypothetical F91 and the F91 we got (and also just absolutely sliding off the Pacing). Me, I'm not nearly as strong feeling about it I enjoyed my time with it a whole lot
Iron Mask is so fucking funny though like. Man keeps coming up with excuses to put off taking off his mask before he reveals that actually his ass is almost entirely robot newtype now and he probably can't even, those cables were poked directly into his mohawk
