my grandma used to make the stuff with spinach a few times a year but i absolutely loathe quiche. i like when it has a crust (because then i can eat the crust and pretend the rest of the quiche doesn't exist) but beyond that quiche is a loathesome and repulsive hellfood that feels wrong. i like me some cheese, i like me some eggs, i hate them as quiche specifically. hell i fucking like spinach!! i will gladly eat some if offered!! but not as part of quiche.
