sadly not even all quuer people can get married yet as means testing means some will lose means tested benefits like disability.
it is perhaps not shocking but imperative to realize this is most punitive for two disabled people and thereby a core element of medical genocide in the us. stairs are a light punishment

It's so incredibly crazy to think that Canada had gay marriage in the early 2000s I believe. From wiki (lol) apparently gay partnerships were acknowledged since 2005 in the UK and they had benefits equal to that of regular marriages?
