going out at/after sunset on an overcast day means I only have enough light to take very gloomy looking pictures of trees. but I did see deer also. there's a deer pic of the usual dubious quality behind the read more. don't worry about the two-headed one.

it looks like we're going to live to see another year. I'm hearing distant fireworks and barking dogs and agitated birds and the sounds of leaves underneath my boots.
felt a bit stronger today so I went hiking. the watermill trail is only a bit over 5 km which was ok. I saw a lot of very nice lush moss.
today's leaves. I'm tired and looking forward to spring.
