Hamelin Prize

Still maintaining that Social Activity Sunday feel, even if I'm not actively calling it that anymore. At least for the moment, anyway. I do still like the alliterative flow of it.

That said, we'll be continuing some Solo matches unless I have some mutuals who would like to join in for Duos or Trios. In either case, I'll probably give heads-up to when I'm queuing if viewers would like to join in. Just don't stream snipe or I'll be Big Sad.

Something a little different today. I've been playing Kart off and on both on my own and joining in on some other folks' streams that have allowed viewers to join the races.

And I am both pretty rusty at Karts in general, and have little to no familiarity (or just vaguely remember at best) a lot of these tracks. So let's see if we can't get some unlocks, learn some tracks, and derust a little in some 1P Mario Kart. Improve my... track record, if you will.

We managed to three-star the first eight prix at 100c! Definitely feels like the speed I'm most comfortable with and it showed, I think. Once I've finished the other eight, maybe I'll tweak my kart to be more comfortable at 150cc but I'm pretty happy with it for right now.

Will definitely have to stream hitting the second page of prix (is prix both singular and plural?) sometime soon.

After finishing those eight, though, we raided over to Tina as she's doing a marathon of FF6 speedrun attempts!

Zeoff actually sounds like something you'd encounter in Gundam. Some sort of Spacenoid counter-culture organization. Which also ends up having corrupt and selfish leadership so it still ends up being a moot point. As it always happens in the series.

And then the protagonist has to fight them with their cool robot. Like how we're gonna fight today in our cool robots.

Despite some grumblings here and there (as I am wont to do), we actually got a hefty number of wins tonight - 6 of the 7 I need for the weekly I always dislike getting! And we got a Hyperion MVP to boot, which was also quite nice! More proof that lighthearted complaining is the key to success?

Afterwards, we raided to our good bud Jason as he plays a group cross-game randomizer via Archipelago!
