Pansy eats half his weight in fruit every morning. In the afternoon, he frolics in his favorite field or meets up with his friends to play sports and games. In the evening, he eats half his weight in leaves and tree bark, and before he goes to sleep in the night, he reads books, which he snacks on when he finishes. He lives in a very large glass bottle.

For these, I just used red/blue/yellow/white gouache, plus prussian blue to make things darker to see hwo far I could get with just mixing the basic colours. Using black (or a reddish brown) might help with desaturating colours more. The Prussian blue does make for a nicely unified palette, but it's also a bit limiting so things might end up looking samey in the long run. Looking forward to experimenting more!
