Lo! Rosalina Valeres- Rose to her friends- former noble, former pilot, current dragoness and one of the founders of Pendragon, an NGO dedicated to dealing with dangerous magical tech no matter who or what is using it! Well-spoken, cool-headed, and sharp as a tack, Rose is both the political face of the organization she and Callie founded, as well as an advocate for people affected by magic gone awry- much like her.
She's got a really cool design- it's simple and pretty. I think the purple of her bracelets and stuff look really nice with those stone-like colours she has. I also dig your line art; it's very clean.
And the story behind her is really interesting too- I like the the blend of magic and technology; is her setting comparable to current world real life or is it more futuristic, out of curiosity?
It's! Very very much anachronistic, ahaha- tech-wise it gets futuristic in places, but I'd say broadly it's like, the mid-1990's, with a lot of things, such as politics and such, still firmly in the 1700's. Magic being real and extant really messes with the flow of all those things! And thank you for the kind words!

Pendragon honestly kinda gives me some slight Metal Gear vibes, specifically Philanthropy, the group founded by Snake and Otacon to prevent the spread of Metal Gears
