hang on so it's like he's taking a novel already published and just remaking it/editing it for film and animation? i'm SO out of touch on following star wars material but like Ahsoka's story (as I remember it from Clone Wars and some of Rebels maybe??) was the most memorably good thing to come out of this era of Disney Starwars
yeah it basically takes the story of the whole novel and retcons it into a story that takes place over the course of 15 minutes (real life time)/like 12 hours (in story time) :[ and it doesnt bother keeping almost any details of the original story except the concept of "farming"
