We recently found this game thanks to Keymailer. I'd never seen it before but always appreciate when game developers try to take on a meaningful topic such as homelessness.
The game takes on a realistic look at what it's like to be homeless, even though some stuff may not be perfect to fit it into a game. The story surprised me with its empathetic tone, and it made me emotional as I realized my character was in a downward spiral of suffering from hunger and cold.
The game has been well-researched about "sleeping rough" and homelessness. Delve Interactive also gives 20% of their sales of the game to organizations pertaining to homelessness. It is a few years old now, but devs are still updating the game. The gameplay loop is enjoyable too.
