Anyway yeah, I read this really nice comic on twitter which you can see here
But As you can see, twitter ruins the reading experience. They have a leading cover image, but subsequent pages are 4 per tweet in a tweet thread. To read them you have to awkwardly click on a tweet, then each individual page using a very hard to see ">" arrow. Then when you're done you close the gallary, find the next tweet, and then keep going. Twitter also ruins the presentation with it's psychotic cropping. Even worse: it has to be a "twitter thread" because there's only room for 4 pages each tweet,
You can't make a tweet link offsite because nobody will share it, and twitter is widely known to de-emphasize off site links. So now the only way to realistically conform to twitter's standards it to make something that doesn't fit on the site and hope it gets attention that way. You can't do a long form serial comic this way because how would someone read it all the way through?
