Thats right instead of using dodgy emulators or patchy compatibility for the Win95 era you just straight up have an old pentium, graphics hardware, and enough memory to run everything from the weird Windows95 era of computers. Has USB ports and HDMI out. Runs off USB Power. Etc etc. Hell, microsoft could license it, throw in a free copy of Windows 95, whatever.
