Last week I think I successfully at least nudged my sleep schedule 2 hours in the right direction. I now reliably get sleepy around midnight and with the exception of one night was able to fall asleep sort of fast. Part of this means not staring at any sort of screen at least an hour before bed but I've found that reading a book is fine. I've finished a book and I'm working on another I had put down like a year ago. Thinking about all the unread stuff I have that I can maybe get to makes me pretty excited
