Once I was interviewing at Bungie, this took 8 hours over a full day and was with 14 or 13 people, i don't remember because I was on 2 or 3 hours of sleep doing it.
Anyway At one point I get with another designer, who says he worked on Bioshock Infinite and wanted me to personally remake the E3 Demo for Infinite, and to do this by making an AI routine for the girl protagonist Elizabeth on a whiteboard. This is difficult because I don't know what AI routines they have, I don't know what they want Elizabeth to do, and I don't know the goal here. It's even worse because this didn't seem open ended, it seemed like he wanted like a really specific answer somehow. Then this dude started getting kinda weird describing Elizabeth when I was like "what would the character do?".
I never played Bioshock Infinite so this terrible interview session is my only association with the game. I didn't get that job, thankfully
